Located in the historic Pazari i Ri district of Tirana, the project responds to a vibrant urban setting known for its markets, restaurants, and cultural events. The area embodies a blend of tradition and modernity, serving as a key meeting point for locals and visitors alike.
The architectural vision builds upon this character, emphasizing openness, contextual integration, and contemporary expression. Inspired by traditional Albanian villas, the local landscape, and artistic heritage, the design seeks to establish a meaningful dialogue between past and present. The result is a building that respects its cultural context while contributing to the evolving identity of Tirana.
The mixed-use tower combines apartments, penthouses, and a bazaar with retail and office spaces, creating a lively and diverse urban community. The design enhances functionality and social interaction while supporting local economic activity.
The tower’s massing is organized into four stepped volumes, introducing terraces that connect indoor and outdoor spaces, offering both communal and private areas for relaxation.
